The Land’s Wisdom

in the storm the wind does not rest

the storm brings the new air

when it rains the earth is cleaned

the earth that was plowed is left scarred

the barren winter gives birth to dry leaves

only when the night recedes, dawn can break through

when the young deer run in the prairie… the wolf sits patiently

the shining in the mildew contains the loves of once upon a time

Now, let us sit and discuss

let each bring forth our offering for change

our offering for ex-change

let us sit…

we will wait for the next movement

and be glad when it comes

the abyss observes us as we sit and discuss

the land is beneath us

the future in front

let us sit and discuss and be with all that is here till the sun rises up.
